We just know you will love all of the goodies that you have bought from Joe’s, not only are our sausages low in fat, low in salt and low in additives, they also taste fabulous, our burgers are meaty and our marinated meats to die for!
So that you can enjoy your Joe’s goodies at their best, below are a few ideas on how to prepare and cook your Joe’s goodies.
Cooking Suggestions for Joe’s Sausages
Grill Cook sausages under the grill on a moderate grill setting. We recommend you spray them with a little Fry light (or similar) so that the skins of the sausage become tender and brown under the grill.
BBQ BBQ, spray with a little fry light (or similar) BEFORE putting on the BBQ Turn regularly so as not to overcook.
Cooking suggestions for Joe's Marinated Meats We would recommend cooking your Joe's Marinated meats in one of the following ways:
Grilling Grill under a moderate heat for 5 - 6 minutes each side. Check regularly and be careful not to overcook.
George Forman Grill Cook for about 5-6 minutes or until cooked through.
Frying Cook on a moderate heat in a frying pan using a little Fry Light (or similar) to stop the meat from sticking to the pan. Cook for around 5-6 minutes each side.
Oven Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven at 1800 for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
Stir Fry For a tasty treat, why not try cutting the meat into strips and stir frying with vegetables. There should be enough marinade on the meat to coat the vegetables - hey presto - voila a tasty stir fry a la Joe's.
Grill Sticks
Grill Best grilled, under a moderate heat, turning regularly.
Oven Cook Oven-cook for 12 -15 minutes in a moderate oven. Careful not to overcook as they will dry out.
+Always cook Joe's from Fresh. ++To defrost your products please leave in the fridge overnight. ++ Please note cooking times may vary depending on your appliance.
