Delivery
We deliver to anywhere in the UK mainland, so whether you live in Cornwall or Perth, Sheffield or London, you can have your Joe's goodies delivered straight to your door or your place of work.
We use Parcel Force AM Priority Delivery Service which means your goodies will delivered before midday. *Please see below and FAQ for further details and exceptions.

Joe's products are sent out to you, fresh NOT frozen.

You may opt for a preferred delivery day of: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday ONLY. We cannot deliver on Mondays.

We will always try to deliver your goods on your preferred delivery date, however this is not a guarantee, especially during bad weather.

You will be asked to specify a preferred date for delivery. The cut off time is now midnight. For example, if you place your order before midnight on Wednesday the next available day for delivery will be Friday.

Your order will be delivered on an AM service by Parcel Force, i.e. between 8am and 12 midday.

You are NOT required to sign for your delivery. Please ensure that you specify your special delivery instructions before you proceed to checkout, if you do not specify any special delivery instructions your parcel will be left in a ‘safe’ place (somewhere the driver feels is appropriately safe). If you are worried that you will not be in to receive your order then please choose a different delivery address. If you are concerned that there is not a safe place then please give a delivery address where someone will be in to accept the delivery.

If delivery is delayed, products will stay fresh for up to 48 hours or longer if the weather is very cold.

Providing a contact number (preferably mobile) when you register your details will help us contact you if there is a problem with your order, however under most circumstances we will use email as our main point of contact with you.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email containing your individual tracking number. You should use this number to track the progress on your order on-line.

Orders are delivered in insulated polystyrene boxes with ice-packs by Parcel Force on a next day basis (unless you live in an extended delivery area). Orders are delivered between 8am and 18.00 to Mainland Britain.*

We are unable to deliver to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and parts of the Scottish Isles and Highlands*. Scottish Isles and Highlands*

The Scottish Isles and Highlands are NOT considered mainland Britain by Parcel Force; please click here to see if you are eligible for next day delivery. We use the express AM service.

If you live in a restricted area minimum order is 10 packs.

If you live in a restricted (2 day) postal area, the latest day for despatch is Wednesday, if you are unsure about delivery times to your area please check Parcel Force Website BEFORE ordering Parcel Force. We use the express AM service. If you are still unsure please contact us at joe@joessausages.co.uk BEFORE you place your order.

We are unable to deliver to you if your delivery time is 3 days.
Please email us joe@joessausages.co.uk to advise us that you have placed an order and that you live in a 2 day delivery area, if you do not advise us in advance then your order WILL be delayed. |
