How to order - New users

1. Choose a product category from the links at the top of the page. 
2. Enter the number of items required in the box and click 'Add to Basket‘. 
3. Shopping in multiple categories is easy, repeat the above steps, every time you click ‘add to basket’ you will be taken to a summary of your purchases. 
4. You can Review, Amend or Cancel your basket at any time. 
5. When you have finished shopping click on ‘Go to Check-Out’.
6. You must enter any special delivery requirements and choose you preferred delivery date.
7. You will then be prompted to provide your contact and payment details and we require you to accept our terms and conditions before paying for your order. 

Remember that you must enter any special delivery requirements in the space provided and choose which date you would prefer your order delivered.

 

How to order - Returning users

1. Click on the 'Customer log in' button and enter your user name and password. 
2. You can add or amend your special delivery instructions by clicking on ‘update my details’ button at the top of the page.
3. If you have forgotten your password, simply follow the prompts and we will resend it to your chosen email address.
