We all love a traditional tomato pasta sauce but sometimes you don't have an hour to let it simmer away and some of those shop bought sauces can be loaded with hidden sugar so here's a really quick recipe that goes perfect alongside our Turkey Breast meatballs.

Method

Add the sundried tomatoes, tinned tomatoes, garlic and balsamic vinegar to a food processer and whizz until it's all combined (you can leave the sundried tomatoes a little chunky if you like).

Taste and season with salt and pepper (and a little pinch of sugar if your tomatoes need a little sweetening) .

Serving Suggestion

Heat up with some cooked Turkey Meatballs and serve with your favourite pasta or why not try butternut squash 'boodles' or courgetti for a low carb, gluten free alternative.

2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
