Cut the marinated pork pieces into strips.
Thread the pork and veg onto the skewers making sure not to have them too close together.
Grill or BBQ until cooked through.
You can use any of the marinated meats for this recipe..... just pick your favourite.
Soak the wooden skewers in water for half an hour, as this will stop them burning when cooking.
