In a medium bowl, combine the beef, maple syrup, soy sauce and ginger.  Cover and set aside to marinate.

Meanwhile cook the rice, drain and keep warm.

At the same time, steam the broccoli florets for 2 minutes, then heat the wok or large non stick pan and spray with oil.  Add the peppers, mushrooms and broccoli and stir fry for 5 minutes or until softened.  Keep warm.

Spray a non stick frying pan with oil and set over a high heat.  Add the beef and half the marinade
